Our 30-Day "Happy Pet" Guarantee

At Juno Pets, we want you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. We stand by our products and are proud to offer a 30-day return policy.

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Our Satisfaction Guarantee (Opened Products)

We understand that every dog is different. We want to give you the confidence to try our supplements.

If your dog doesn't get on with our product, or you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the item for a full refund - even if it's been opened.

To be eligible for this guarantee:

  • You must request the return within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • You are responsible for the cost of the return postage.

 

"Change of Mind" Returns (Unopened Products)

If you have changed your mind and your item is still unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed condition, you may also return it within the 30-day window for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@junopets.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For items that are faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or a free replacement.

 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us first: Please email us at hello@junopets.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Get approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@junopets.com.

 

Your Statutory Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Notwithstanding our 30-day guarantee, you have a statutory right in the UK to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. This legal right applies to 'change of mind' returns.

To exercise this right, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed condition. You must notify us of your intent to cancel, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. This does not affect your other rights for faulty goods.
