Where We Ship - We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch Times - We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs - Juno+ subscription orders: FREE shipping on every delivery. One-off orders (including the Taster Pouch): flat rate of £4.95.

Delivery Partners - Orders are delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.

Lost or Delayed Orders - Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for your goods until they are in your physical possession. If your order has not arrived, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email at hello@junopets.com and we will put it right.
